ZCW - 120 series mold pressing cement tiles forming machine and its production line
is the most advanced production process in China. This machine can form many
kinds of raw tiles by filtrating extra water content from the plastic concrete with
high pressure inside special dies. After curing and painting of all kinds of
colorful special pigment for cement tiles, the tiles have lots of superiorities
(high compactness and strength, light in weight, reasonable tile shapes, etc.)
which are a thorough change to the inferiorities (coarse, low strength and simple
tile shape) of traditional cement tiles formed by rolling of dry - hard concrete.
Besides, the bearing plates for tiles formed by mold pressing only need to support
the raw tiles during curing, without the necessity of being pressed together
with concrete; therefore, they can be made of light cold rolled sheet which
enable economic effectives by low investment and rich varieties of bearing plates.
